I have 6 DUO GU10 bulbs and I had to return them under warranty 3 times due to the same problem. They suddenly stopped communicating with the cloud, became impossible to access and, even worse, impossible to reset to factory specifications.
This last point is what I would like to clarify. As per the manual I switch it on and off 5 times. Nothing happened. After some research I saw someone recommending to wait 6 to 10 sec after each switch on and off. Didn.t work either.
Am I doing something wrong regarding the factory reset?
If someone can add any idea to this issue it will be much appreciated.

Today I upgraded to version 1.0.3 and all the programmed actions are working fine.

Today I received the final feedback from Shelly support team. They confirmed the issue with version 1.0.0 and informed me that it will be solved upon next version

You can find the previous firmware 0.14.1 for the Plus1PM here: https://updates.shelly.cloud/update/Plus1PM and upload it manually in the firmware upgrade menu.

Downgraded successfully the firmware. All working fine now.

I experienced the same problem on a Plus2PM. With 1.0.0 all scheduled actions stop to work. Reverted back to 0.14.1 and all is OK. Oddly I have a second Plus2PM with same configuration, and also already 1.0.0 and there it works. Just submitted a ticket #51958

Thank you for the suggestion. I thought it was impossible to revert firmware versions on the 2nd generation devices.

Today I updated a Shelly plus 1PM from firmware 0.14.1 to the version 1.0.0. This shelly was controling 2 shelly bulbs and after the update all the programmed actions stopped working.
Does anybody know how to solve this issue?

I have 5 sensors since last year. At first they all worked fine. After a while they began to have battery drain issues which I solved replacing the batteries. Currently 2 of the sensors are working fine but the other 3 are offline, not responding to battery replacement at all. Nothing happens pressing the button.
I followed this post hoping to have an answer to my problem but so far that didn't happen.
I would appreciate if anybody could have a solution for this otherwise, given the facts already described by others, I'll be forced to conclude this devices are a bad deal.
