  • Dimmer 2 - Overtemperature / High Temperatures

    Hi there.

    I bough 10+ Shelly Dimmer 2s.

    I have test setup in well ventilated room, ambient temp approx. 20C, using:

    9 x Aurora Enlite 4W LED GU10 PAR16 Cool White Dimmable

    2 x retractive (pulse) switches

    240V supply with neutral connected.

    Just after 25 minutes or so, it goes off - overtemperature (100C +).

    At this point it's unusable, I can only imagine it heats up pretty quick inside the box or ceiling rose.

    Is this bad design or firmware issues and has been sorted out?
