ich habe dieses Problem ebenso.
Manuelle Kalibrierung (ohne Neustart vorher) habe ich dann schon mehrfach versucht, hat nichts gebracht.
Dieser Workaround von Jash0611 hat bei mir heute 2x perfekt funktioniert!

Hallo zusammen!
Ich habe 6 TRVs (alle aktuelle Firmware) und dieses Phänomen tritt auch bei mir immer mal wieder auf. Ursache noch immer unbekannt.
Und ich kann nur sagen:
Der Tipp von Jash0611 aus Post #3 hat heute bei mir 2x einwandfrei funktioniert!
(Sonst habe ich immer einen Reset mit eingesteckter Power-Bank an den TRVs über den Button unten selbst gemacht.)
Einer der beiden TRVs hatte tatsächlich nur noch 57% Akku, der andere allerdings 97%.
Mir kam es bis jetzt immer so vor, dass es auftritt, wenn der Akku nachlässt.
Wurde heute aber widerlegt.

ich habe mir in meinen "alten" BMW X3 ein schönes 12,3" Touch-Screen-Display mit Android 14 (inkl. eigener SIM-Karte) eingebaut:Der Inhalt kann nicht angezeigt werden, da Sie keine Berechtigung haben, diesen Inhalt zu sehen.
Hier habe ich dann schön die Shelly-App aus dem Playstore installiert, um mein Garagentor zu steuern. Diese startet auch, allerdings blebt der komplette Bildschirm einfach WEIß!Um ehrlich zu sein, bin ich eher von der Fraktion iOS.
Was kann man da tun? Hat das auch noch jemand so?
Deinstalliert und wieder installiert habe ich schon mehrfach. Auch gab es in den letzten Monaten immer mal wieder Updates der Shelly-App im Playstore, hat leider immer zu zu diesem weißen Bildschirm geführt.
Alle anderen Apps, die ich aus dem Playstore installiert habe, laufen problemlos.

Da ich 16 Stk. Shelly 2.5 bei meinen Rollläden und Markisen im Haus verbaut habe, will ich jetzt mal vorsorglich die ELKOs besorgen.
(Bis jetzt funktionieren noch alle, die ältesten sind aus 2021.)
Was haltet ihr von diesen:
Steht kein Hersteller dabei, wären aber 25V und wohl die richtigen Abmessungen...
Der Shop hat auch die HV-Elkos, allerdings in 12mm Höhe, könnte das auch noch passen???

ich habe es im ioBroker derzeit so gelöst - funktioniert TOP:
Der Inhalt kann nicht angezeigt werden, da Sie keine Berechtigung haben, diesen Inhalt zu sehen. Der ioBroker prüft die Ausgabe des Batteriezustandes (ob zw. 0 und 5V). Sollte die Ausgabe was anderes sein, wie es der Fall ist, wenn der TRV am abschmieren ist, dann wartet er 10 Min. und prüft nochmal, ob er sich reaktiviert hat (kann ja mal sein, dass das WLAN nicht gleich connected, o.ä.), ist es noch immer so, führt er einen Neustart durch. Das Ganze checke ich alle 15 Minuten.
Vielleicht hilft es ja jemand. Ich jedenfalls bin so durch die komplette Heizsaison letztes Jahr ohne einen manuellen Eingriff durchgekommen und der Akkuverbrauch hat sich auch in Grenzen gehalten.
Seit der 2.2.1 kam es zu deutlich weniger Reboots, allerdings kommt es noch immer vor!

Das geht mit den 2 Instanzen (hab ich selbst so). Allerdings kommuniziert der Shelly-Adapter nicht über COIOT mit den TRVs. Das ist meines Wissens im Adapter nicht umgesetzt.
Das war das Problem ganz am Anfang, weshalb man eine 2. Instanz mit MQTT im ioBroker brauchte, wenn man vorher nur Gen.1-Geräte mit COIOT hatte.
Wenn das mittlerweile gehen würde, wäre das tatsächlich eine TOP-Lösung. Ich meine allerdings, dass der Entwickler das Thema in github unerledigt geschlossen hat.

Ich behelfe mir derzeit mit einem Blockly-Skript in ioBroker - damit laufen die Teile seit Wochen problemlos durch:

Aber der Support nimmt die Sache ja nicht Ernst...

Ich habs mir mal im Raspy über ioBroker eingebaut und teste es - Batteriestatusmeldungen kommen schon per Mail!
Mein Blockly-Tester funktioniert leider nicht so wirklich.

Leider zu früh gefreut!
Heute sind zwei Stk. ausgefallen: Der im Wohnzimmer ( der_timo: der bekommt seine Temperatur von einem H&Tplus per HTTP) und der ist sogar so ausgefallen, dass er komplett zu gemacht hat und nicht mehr geheizt hat laut sienem Plan. Ging auch nix mehr mit Reboot, o.ä. --> zurückgesetzt und neu konfiguriert.Und dann der im Büro, der läuft ganz normal mit internem Temperatursensor. Zum Glück schnell bemerkt und Reboot möglich!

Seitdem ich die ioBroker-Skripte laufen habe, laufen jetzt die TRVs 10 Tage am Stück ohne Probleme durch. Hoffe das bleibt so!

Das ist der Anfang vom Absturz der Konnektivität des TRVs.
Welches WLAN-Setup setzt du nun ein? ASUS- oder Fritz-Mesh?
Mit dem Laden hat es - glaube ich - nichts zu tun!

Der Gedanke war halt auch zu dokumentieren, wo oft und wann der jeweilige TRV ausfällt.
Ich hab's mal noch bissle komplexer gemacht, dass der TRV mind. 5 Min. offline sein muss, damit ein Reboot ausgelöst wird:

...bis eine entsprechend geänderte Firmware rauskommt, das wäre weiter das Ziel!

Da wir ja derezit irgendwie nicht weiterkommen, habe ich jetzt mal versucht ein kleines Blockly-Script im ioBroker zu bauen:
Der Inhalt kann nicht angezeigt werden, da Sie keine Berechtigung haben, diesen Inhalt zu sehen. Das prüft alle 5 Minuten den Datenpunkt "online" der TRVs auf "false" und startet bei Bedarf den TRV neu.
Die Frage ist dabei nur, ob der jeweilige Datenpunkt shelly.1.SHTRV-01#xxxxxxxxxxxx#1.online zurverlässig sein wird.
Alternative wäre so etwas:
