I can see from the csv file that when phase 2 is in idle without any load, it exports 0.01. As soon as there is load no export. I enclose the csv file if anyone cares to take a look.

Hi,

I recently installed a Shelly 3em to measure my ground source heat pump, NIBE 1250 on three phases.

The strange thing is that I see returned energy according to Shelly, not only consumption.

. I have checked all wiring and directions and everything is fine. The values on each phase are from what I've seen, positive, e.g. buying energy.

This is so stupid. Why don'tb Shelly allow us to erase uploaded data and start over from scratch? Come on!!
