I'm sorry - but this cannot be done remotely! The electrician has to inspect the whole premises.
I understand you but lights start flicker when click on switch (position on), but relay does not click. On SW is no voltage.
Is it possible to turn the lights on via the Shelly cloud or the WebUI? Are the lights still flickering even if they were switches by the WebUI or the cloud app? Are there any entries in event log? (Shelly Cloud)
Would recommend to let an electrician test the wiring, especially the issue with the neutral conductor!
There must be some reason why the shelly don't click.
The first issue is to get a common understanding: If the Shelly didn’t click in the moment you’re switching the light on, you wouldn’t get light - either with, nor without flickering! Same situation when you switch off the light: No click - light stays on. In both situations the must be clicking.
A hint to the issue would be, if the Shelly is clicking abruptly during the phase lights are on and NO manual operation of the switch happened! This was the objective of my question above.
Bitte probeweise mal Sx und SW1 bzw. SW2 mit einer Drahtbrücke verbinden!
Sehe ich hier „dicke Backen“ beim 100μF-Elko? Würde, wenn das stimmt, auf ein Temperaturproblem hinweisen….
Überschlagsrechnung: Ein 15kW Brenner verbraucht in einer Stunde rd. 1,5 Liter Heizöl (bei einem Energieinhalt von 10kW/l). Bei dem ersten Durchflußmengenmesser (1.800 Imp./l) wären das 0,75 Impulse/sek. Da käme ein Shelly 1 locker mit - ein Shelly UNI möglicherweise nicht mehr. Die Messeinrichtung wird noch etwas träger, wenn man den Reedkontakt entprellen muß (Tiefpass!).

As I mentioned before the Shelly 1 doesn’t work without neutral. Thus, a discussion about bypasses is dispensable. Surely, using a Shelly 1L with low-wattage bulbs and no bypass shows flickering. But in this case flickering must have another reason! Moreover, the difference between a 20W light and 4 x 4W (= 16W) isn’t that much, looking at the wattage. You’re absolutely sure the 4W LED bulbs don’t flicker without Shelly?
Let’s do a short summary:
What happened with the 20W bulb? Did it flicker too?
Clicking of Shelly relay: If it doesn’t click at the moment you activate the switch, light wouldn’t turn on! And it must click when switch is opened to turn the light off. Hence I assume, the relay doesn’t click during the light is on.

Ok. Due to the fact, there is a simple relay contact in the Shelly 1 between terminals I and O, cause for flickering is not numerous. Do you hear clicking of the relay? Also in circumstances it should not click? Another issue: The terminals of the Shelly 1 could have been broken due to tightening the screws too hard. But this could be identified by stressing the wires while the gadget is powered on.
Shelly 1 has absolutely no dimming function. Without neutral, it will not work (as you mentioned). Thus, what could be the reason for flickering? Some hints and questions:
Is the lamp flickering without Shelly 1?
What type of bulb is it? Incandescent, halogen, LED, neon tube?
Double check all electrical connections!
Shorten the wire ends in order to mask non-isolated parts!
Don’t use yellow/green wires for live connections!
Why is one lever of the Wago clamp not aligned with the others?
Engage an electrician if you should be not skilled enough!
Der fragliche Durchflussmesser gibt etwa 1.800 Impulse pro Liter aus - über einen Reedkontakt. Die Aufgabenstellung lautet somit:
(a) Kopplung des Kontakts an einen Shelly, und
(b) Zählen der Impulse und Umrechnung in Liter.
Zu (a): Der „trockene“ Kontakt passt an Shelly 1, Shelly 1 mit Add-On, Shelly plus1, Shelly UNI und andere. Weil der Hersteller keine Angaben über die Schutzklasse macht, würde ich empfehlen, den jeweiligen Shelly mit Kleinspannung zu versorgen. Details dazu sind im ‚Lexikon‘ zu finden.
Zu (b): IMHO ist die Aufgabenstellung, Impulse in Liter umzurechnen nur mit einem übergeordneten System möglich. Dazu bin ich überfragt (weil ich kein solches betreibe). Es gibt jedoch genügend know-how im Forum - entsprechende Tipps dazu werden an dieser Stelle folgen,

Da ich gefragt wurde, will ich auch gerne antworten:
(a) Die Schaltströme bei den Shelly Aktoren (wie, ohne Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit aufgezählt) sind um den Faktor 15 bis 20 geringer, als beim Add-On (laut Berechnung von DIYROLLY ). Das wollte ich mit dem Begriff „Stromsicherheit“ ausdrücken.
(b) Wenn diese technische Auslegung des Herstellers bezüglich der Störsicherheit kritisch wäre, könnten wir uns hier im Forum vor Anfragen nicht mehr retten. Daher funktionieren die genannten Shellies IMHO in den allermeisten Anwendungsbereichen ordentlich - auch und gerade mit den niedrigen Schaltströmen.
(c) Eine meßtechnische Untersuchung der Störsicherheit, wie sie DIYROLLY in einer frühen Version seines Beitrags vorschlug, fällt in den Rahmen einer EMV-Prüfung. Dafür sind mehr und andere Prüfmittel erforderlich, als ein simples Oszilloskop! Und es sind Fachkenntnisse notwendig, um Artefakte von „echten“ Ergebnissen zu unterscheiden! Will sagen: Nein, ich werde mich nicht ohne weiteres damit beschäftigen…

In diesem Fall würde ein Shelly 1L ausreichen - einer der beiden Eingänge kann auf „detached“ parametriert werden und kann danach einen zweiten Shelly fernsteuern.
