  • CSV data problem

    Hello,

    I have a Shelly EM installed on my electrical panel and working correctly when reading through the APP. My problem is related to the data exported in the CSV file that has no correspondence with the data that I query through the APP, they are abnormally lower.

    I see that the power data is recorded every 10 minutes, which is not a problem, but even when calculating for hourly consumption, the values shown are very low.

    Can anyone help, what am I doing wrong?
