Is there a way to turn off the white channel when using RGB led strips? If I change collor to white the white channel is used and the RGB is turned off, this results in no light at all.

Have you resolved the problem? I have exactly the same problem. First I had configuration problems, it would not store the config always the right way, after that the config was right but the switches still used the old config somehow. After a few minuts it became unresponsive and did not respond anymore. Tried a hard reset but no success. It looks like it is dead
