I have four Shelly 2.5 connected to different lightswitches and outlets. I didn't find them theough the app but after accessing the Web interface and assigning the wifi to each of them there was nom problem connecting to them.
After installation however all of the devices go offline from time to time. One is offline basically 50-60% of the time and more often when I try to use it. The others sporadically. It seems if I use them and especially if I turn them on and off fairly often (several times in a row) the risk increases of them going offline.
The wiring is correct and the wifi signal is fair to good. I get no error messages and the temperature is not to high. The load on the one that goes offline most frequently is around 65 W mostly. It sits right next to one that almost never goes offline and is wired to the same lead and neutral.
I have an ASUS RT-AC68U which work just fine and I have never had a similiar problem with other devices.
Is there any way to see a log of online/offline times? Is there a way to see a graph of the internal temperatures? Can I get a message when a device loses connection from the Cloud? Anybody has any idea of what is the problem?
