I've managed to access the Shelly Dimmer 2 over my network now but the Shelly app on IOS is still utterly dreadful.
Using the web interface the Shelly Dimmer 2 now says the firmware does NOT need updating! How on earth is that?
If there were a way I could upload images to your site instead of having external links to my site I'd be able to show you just how many problems there are with your software.
I've now tried adding the Dimmer 2 through specifying the IP address. The app won't let me specify an image or a room and after clicking 'add' - yet again - nothing happens.. Literally I get the 'Shelly Loading...' screen and 17 minutes later it's still there.
Not only is this website still in 'debug' mode and doesn't function with Firefox, the IOS app is so bug ridden that simply adding a device is literally impossible.
Sorry, are you really asking me to make a screen by screen snapshot and add a description of every step I go through detailing every step of the process and then upload it here?

The screenshot above is as far as the process ever goes. It goes no further. The Shelly Dimmer 2 does not update after I have enterd my SSID and password. It says (as the screenshot above) "Your device needs to update..." I press YES and then nothing happens even if I leave it for 10 minutes.
When you say 'pictures' do you mean screenshots from the app? Or photo's of the Dimmer 2? The above image is as far as it gets. It says 'Loading Preparing Device' and then that's it. No matter how long you leave it, it never gets updated, joins the network or goes any further.
