@ johnpsom : I have a 3 phase system. On this 3 phase system a pro 3EM is already installed, just after the "counter" It measures now what I am consuming.

Yesterday I ordered the second pro 3EM , I expect/hope the PV-System will be installed beginning of June. The second pro 3EM will be on AC-side of the converter ( also 3 phase"). If I understand well , with that setup I can calculate instantly what the:

-PV - system produces.

-What is being used in my house.

-what is being send into the grid or what is taken from the grid.

Das Projekt mit der 24V Antrieb das mache ich mit diese "

Keenso 2-channel relay module relay card with low-level optocoupler expansion card (24 V)" , dan ohne kalibrierung. Das "Hünchen Tor" soll nur auf und zu gehen.

Aber ich möchte auch gern solche Antrieb ( Wann möglich mit 12V ) kalibriert haben.

Was brauche ich alles:

- Shelly 2.5

- Linear Antireb 12V https://www.amazon.de/-/en/technolog…dustrial&sr=1-5

-2 x Netzteil 12V

- 2x Relais mit je einem Umschaltkontakt ( das ist a &b auf der Zeichnung), kan jemand mir helfen mit eine link.

-Was ist in der Zeichnung A &B ( grosse Buchstaben?) , ich denke das sind die 12V Netzteilen.

Using Shelly 2.5 controlling a 24V roller shutter

Hello,

I bought a Shelly 2 .5 to controll a 24V actuator , but I don't understand how to connect it. The diagram only shows for a AC motor. The one I have is 24V DC , has 2 wires. connecting the + and - will extend the actuator , switching the wires will retract it again.

Anyone knows how to connect the actuator.

Modbus is new to me as well , and a big mystery so far. And it doesn't look that easy. Modbus to Ethernet converter , a plugin for my home automation. I'll go for the pro 3 EM!

Loetauge , das finde ich schon sehr interessant , und will es sicher versuchen , aber brauche hilfe , weil ich weiss nicht genau was alles bedeutet.

Ich sehe , ich brauche 4 relais. Welche sind geeignet? Und was ist K1 und K2.

Ich will auch gern ein 24V linear antrieb mit der Shelly 2.5 nutzen, dachte das es einfacher wäre ohne extra Teilen zu nutzen.

Gerade habe ich dieses Teil bestellt:

Shelly 2.5 und der Linear antrieb habe ich auch bereits.

Die Frage der ich habe:

-Der Shelly 2.5 wie soll er eingestellt werden? , als relais , oder roller shutter?

-Wann es als Roller-Shutter eingestellt ist , kann ich dan auch mit ein "slider" oder so halb aufmachen , oder ist es nur " auf" oder "zu"?

-Wann es als relais eingestellt werden muss, was passiert wan beide relais "an/aktiv" sind, das ist nicht so schön denke ich , oder ist deswegen der "Keenso 2-channel relay module relay card with low-level optocoupler expansion card (24 V) " , das so etwas kein consequenzen hat.

Maxxl ...ahhhh I see . So I will know what the output from the PV installation is with the (pro) 3EM, also I will know what I currently draw in the house , and what is left over to feed into the grid , or in my case the plan is to turn on a pool heater , when there is excess production.

On the forum for my home automation system, it was also suggested to use the modbus data from the converter and feed that into the home automation system. Need to make descision now .

Thanks for your answer.

What I was planning to do is , when the production is a certain amount of watts, than turn on some relais.

But with your example , it looks like I will not know by the (pro) 3EM what the production is? ( I assume the 3EM is the same info as the pro).

I have now the pro 3EM on all 3 phases , coming into the house. for one month I know what is being used on every phase (PV-panels not yet installed).

The plan is/was to buy another pro 3EM and put it on the PV -system. But seeing your example that wouldn't make sense, since I can not measure the production of the PV - system.

Or would the output of the PV-panels always push 100% through the wires?

Is that correct?

Maxxl . I think, PR -thingy as well.

I have now 1 Pro 3EM , working just fine , next week the solar panels will be installed. Just wondering If I buy a second Pro3EM , and put them on the 3 phases of the solarpanels , so I know what is coming in and what is used . Or doesn't it work like that??

I will get an app where I can monitor the PV -stuff , but I would like to have it in my home automation as well..

I have just looked again , and this is the count now:

The other screenshot was taken about 1 weeks ago , so it accumulates from when the device was first powered up I think.

It is now 153130Wh = 153Kwh in one week , that would make sense that number , when I see the energy bill over 12 months.

I just deleted all saved data , and it looks like it is all I needed

Hello ,

I have installed a Shelly pro 3EM. In the near future I will be getting photovoltaic panels on my house (10KWp , 3 phase) .

The manual of the Shelly pro3EM says it is "ready" for photovoltaic.

What can I do with this? , measure how much energy is brought in by the photovoltaic panels on each phase , just like now how much energy is used by all electronics? .

I guess I have to buy a separate one for the photovoltaic system?

Does it need to be connected to the other one for example , or are there special settings?

I have installed a Shelly pro 3EM and it is working fine, On the Shelly APP I see a lot of data and I would like to have this data also in my homeseer (HS4) system. I am usiing MQTT to get all he data from Shelly.

Can someone help me understanding which topics/data is what?

Especially I am looking for KWh (totall for the 3 phases) and to know how to interpret this data , is it reset everyday at 00:00 for example?
