Thank you thgoebel, putting it like that gave me a real "D'oh" moment! Such an obvious answer, sorry for the trouble.
I'm going to continue on the rooms with 3 or more 10W downlight, hopefully that won't be an issue, will then take a look at the room with just 2 10W spots, anyway thank you for your help.

Hello,
Apologies if this has been answered but I've searched the forums as well as Google on this topic but I can't find a clear answer.
I'll looking to install the Shelly 1L with no neutral behind the light switch (UK wiring). I understand how to install this but I believe I will require the Shelly Bypass in some locations.
I have a room which only has 2 LED 10W downlights which I believe may not be enough to power the 1L. My question is, can I install the bypass with the Shelly 1L in the lightswitch back box (the boxes are 47mm and looks like I would have enough space) or does it have to be connected at the downlight?
The other question is more to confirm that the 1L should work without the bypass behind a switch controlling 3 or more 10W downlights? Thank you in advance.

Sorry everyone for the late reply. I started to try this out but then lost track with kids etc.
Thank you Sebmai and ASi-Master for replying.
ASi-Master, thank you for the link to the diagrams just to confirm the very first image (labelled "Turning On/Off") in that link would be for my use case of putting the shelly 1 behind the light switch to control a set of downlight in a ceiling.
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Newbie here and really sorry for asking a question that has likely been answered (but could not find from a few searches) and may also be a silly question.
I've attached the wiring behind my light switch which is the same for all switches in my house. I have a live, neutral and earth wire to all my light switches however all switches seem fitted like the attached image, in that I have two live wires going to common and L1 with L2 blank unless I've got a two-way switch. In this example given there is a neutral available which wiring option should I be using to connect the Shelly 1? Thank you for your understanding and help.
Regards,
K
