For those who still struggle with the arrow and the "L" and "K" on the power clamps; my power clamps are installed in the opposite direction (than described in the instructions) and all runs fine.

2 phases have a positive PF and positive power (consumption of energy); 1 phase with PV has a negative PF and negative power during the day when sun is shining.

Same here!

I determined the orientation of the clamps experimentally.
All 3 clamps are now mounted opposite to the instructions.

It was a bit of fiddling, but at the end of the day everything works well.

Funktioniert jetzt hier auch.

Dabei hat mir der Support letzte Woche noch empfohlen, das Gerät beim Verkäufer zu tauschen.

In einem anderen Thread hat ein Benutzer geschrieben, dass das Problem mit dem festen Leistungsfaktor bei Wechsel von Version 1.5.7 auf 1.6.0 beginnt. Das konnte ich so bestätigen.

Das veranlasst mich zu der Annahme, dass es eher ein Software- als ein Hardwareproblem ist.

Inzwischen habe ich auch ein Ticket geöffnet. Man empfiehlt mir, das Gerät beim Lieferanten zu tauschen. Das ist in meinem Fall wenig hilfreich.
Bei uns in der Gegend bekommt man kaum einen Elektriker und falls doch, nur mit wochenlangen Wartezeiten. Von den Kosten ganz abgesehen.

Ich kann nur hoffen, dass es eines Tages mit einer neuen Firmware behoben ist.

Phase 3 has PV on it, negative value is normal

I can confirm that.

With FW 1.5.7 I got different power factor readings which seems to be sensible, but some power readings switched to negative values which makes no sense at all.
Beginning from FW 1.6.0 the power factor readings are fixed to 1.00.

Maybe there are different hardware versions that are not recognized correctly by the FW.

Tritt bei mir auch auf, FW 1.11.8.

PF entweder 1.00 oder 0.00, je nach Anschlussart (korrekt oder testweise Kabel vertauscht).

Das Gerät ist nagelneu und wurde heute eingebaut.

Bei mir das gleiche.

Andere Messgeräte zeigen unterschiedliche cos phi, je nach Last.

Vertauscht man die Stecker oder verdreht man die Sensoren, kommen negative Leistungen und der Power Faktor springt auf Null. Dazwischen gibt's nichts.

Eine falsche Verdrahtung würde ich ausschließen, da die Gesamtleistung plausibel ist.
