I don't think I can give you advice on poor Wi-Fi (2.4GHz) connectivity. Regarding the HA blank screen, did you try pressing the HA button on the display twice to refresh (I guess you did, though it is worth to mention ) ? The first time I set up HA I got into the black screen. The double press did help.

I can confirm that after a factory reset, the wifi connectivity is back to normal.
The integration is easily attached to the display as Device Action. The issue is that once added, it shows "unknown" as lock status. At the same time, in the shelly app, I can see the real status of the lock and it works without any issue.
The other issue (it might be intentional) one cannot press on the tile to trigger lock or unlock action.

I just bought the display and it's amazing. The only feature it lacks (for now) is the support for all virtual component types. I really want to have a Boolean or switch type and on "click" to display it's state. Actually, like any shelly relay. It would be amazing if i can see whether I have enabled or disabled any third party service or function. An addition would be to support webhooks with authentication.
