I think I just found an answer myself: the v1.14.0 has a bug where dimming is not working on RGBW2.
I downgraded to v1.13.1 (using this tool: http://archive.shelly-tools.de/) and dimming works fine.
Edit: I also see there is a "beta" version v1.14.1 where the dimming is also fixed

I have connected a 24V LED strip and a momentary (bell type) physical wall switch to an RGBW2 unit according to the diagram bellow:
Der Inhalt kann nicht angezeigt werden, da Sie keine Berechtigung haben, diesen Inhalt zu sehen. WHAT WORKS:
- the physical switch turns ON and OFF the LED strip with short presses.
WHAT DOES NOT WORK:
- long presses of the physical switch do not dim the LED strip. After letting go off the switch, it just either turns on /or off the strip - but no dimming happens.
I tried two ways of configuration in the Shelly app:
1.
a) Settings -> Device type -> White
b) Settings -> Button type -> Momentary
c) firmware version: 20230913-131259/v1.14.0-gcb84623
and
2.
a) Settings -> Device type -> Color
b) Settings -> Button type -> Momentary
c) firmware version: 20230913-131259/v1.14.0-gcb84623
- none of them work for dimming.
So how can I dim the LED strip by long-pressing the physical wall switch?
