Hi Shelly-forum members!
My first post here in this forum, I couldn’t find answer/suggestion to resolve my problem anywhere.
I installed Pro 3EM three month ago, three phase + neutral CT’s, connected after FI, was very precise, all good.
I installed 300mA fuse on power supply-C line at the beggining, it is still good.
It was running smooth until today, when last very short mains power failure happen.
I saw this in Home assistant app, and the similar power failure happened a few days ago too.
Shelly was connected via ethernet to router, after last power failure connection is lost.
I then tried to connect it via Wi-Fi, but no result, and Reset switch on Shelly was dead.
I was still able to log into Shelly website 192.168.33.1 and did factory reset there.
Shelly was running on latest FW.
After reset only red power led is ON, no more connection of any kind nor website is available, reset switch is still dead.
I opened it, checked all components, tested power supply and seems all good, deliver 12V and 3.3V.
There are no signs of preheating anywhere after 15min, checked with thermal camera.
I’d like to wake it up if possible -:), if anyone is able to direct me, guide me, to proceed.
Diagnostic file is made before factory reset, it is attached if someone find it helpfull.
I’m electrician myself, but older school, working with tube audio mostly, no programming or a lot of experience with processors.
