  • No wake-up, no reset

    Good morning,

    My sensor is new and still in the testing phase. It hasn't been put on the door yet as I'm having problems.

    He doesn't wake up.

    When I remove the magnet and put it back, the LED does not light up even though I have adjusted this parameter.

    The LED lights up when I shake it, but it stays offline in the app.

    I wanted to do a reset but it didn't respond.

    Can you confirm that it is defective?
