    This happened to me also.
While installing a Shelly mini I had to switch the fuse on and of several times. On the same circuit I have my Router and also 2 other Shelly plugs. When the Shelly Mini was installed and OK and power on, I noticed that the 2 other Shelly plugs (on the same circuit) now were in offline state, and there was no way to get them online again. I used the WEB GUI to disable/enable Cloud several times but no success.

Gave it all up, had a break, then after 2hrs they were suddenly online again! No idea why, but its ok now :)
Lesson learned, never shut the plugs and the router off/on in sync, do it separately.

    And the advice above to:
    1. Disable Cloud in WEB GUI
    2. Enable Cloud in the Shelly App
    will NOT work.

When the Shelly plug is in this strange cloud offline state, there is NO option in the Shelly App for the Cloud on the specific Shelly plug settings, its kind of catch 22 state :)

    Hi!

Im all new to Shelly IoT, just bought 10 Shelly Plug S and they are all installed and working fine.

But extremely frequently when I use the app I get the message "Please validate your e-mail" So I tap the "Request confirmation code" blue button, but nothing happens in my mail box, no verification code is sent. ||

I have also tryed to verify my email using the web interface "https://control.shelly.cloud/#/dash/-1" but no confirmation code is sent from here either.

I have also checked my spam mail and trash box for it, but it doesn't show up. And my mailadress is working fine, I have no problems recieving other mails.

So how do I get this verification code?

This is really annoying to get this message about every 30 sec when I'm using the app, anyone please help me get rid of it

    EDIT:
It also says "To enable Premium subscription, you need to confirm your e-mail is active" when I'm told to request a confrimation code. I don't have premium subscription and I have no intention to get it, so why do I at all get a request to verify my mail?

    regards // Mats
