My 2 GU10 RGBW bulbs exibit the same problem, after some time without power they lose their wifi settings and turn blue when connected to power.
I think there is a problem with the firmwar not storing the Wifi credentials in non-volitile memory (i.e. only keeping it in RAM not in Flash memory and tus losing all data when powered off by the wallswitch disconnecting power.
