i put the new last firmware which is no more beta now, but still have offline device in the shelly app and never seen the device in the web app

Cloud is enabled, and icon is blue, so means cloud is OK .... device falls still oflline in the shelly app on my phone after i switch to another application on the phone, and stays offline until a reload the app

i have a deco mesh wifi, so wifi is OK in power and connection, device always connected to router

it seem's i m the only one with this problem, but i can't solve it until more than one week now

i have the same problem, device offline and server not responding for a shelly plus 2PM which is ok on the wifi network, good reception, available and seen in the router home page

In the new shelly app on my android phone, the device appears online only while i'm using the app

if i switch to another app on the phone (without closing shelly app), when i come back to the shelly app, the device is offline and stays offline. The only way to recover the device is to kill the app and reload it

the device is cloud enabled, and working when i use the shelly wifi network on it's ip adress

it should also work without cloud if i understand everything, but it doesn't work, and alexa, the device and the phone are on the same wifi network
