Thank you both for your help. The 230v supply to the motor did the trick indeed.
I'm no expert so I opted for the easy solution.
My friend will improve the wiring now. I just had to get it running for him to do the rest.

I am using a Shelly 1 to automate a garage door that is opened by a Hormann Promatic 3 garage door opner.
I have exactly followed the following video:

Live and Neutral wire are in the right place, bridge is in the right place:

I cannot even find the shelly 1 network. I am trying to automate my garage door and also would like to add a garage door sensor after getting this up and running.Anything I am missing? (blue is live, brown is neutral and black is going to the open/close). Garage door is functioning as normal. There are nog lights or anything coming from the Shelly 1.
