Hi,
Before I will explain the issue, I want to describe what currently I have:
A curtain motor with a switch, the motor has a power supply with 6 wires, 3 of them connected directly to 220V supply, and the other 3 wires connected to the switch (that get 30V DC power + up + down).
I just connected my shelly 2.5 to the switch wires as you can see in the attached image, so shelly 2.5 L power (the two L entries) get the wire of the 30V DC, the N got it from the N of the motor, and the output and switches were connected as described in the schema of shelly 2.5.
My issue is that the red light doesn't turn on at all, only if put power source of 220V I can see the red light, should I do something to convert it from AC to DC ? or any other idea why I don't see the red light at all when the shelly 2.5 connected to the power source of 30V DC?
Thanks,
D Benishay
