Issues with the open/close

Hi, been scanning the forum to find something similar to thhe problem I have. But no luck.

D/w v1 connects to the app, luxx is working vibration working tilt working. But I can not get the little b**tard to indicate open and close. Magnet on arrowside of the module.

I'm down to the fact that the new unit is broken.

Any suggestions on what to test?

Its one of these and it has no hole to access the reset button.

But as the avatar says I'm a beginner 😂

Ok, tnx to your hint,

I reluctantly dismantled the new unit! But you where right, the metal bracket that is triggered by the magnet was stuck together, slightly adjusted them and it works like a charm!
