why on APP in add device shelly UNI does not appear?

I have a UNI shelly and I use it with 192.168.33.1 but I can't associate it with the APP. Furthermore in discovery in the APP do not see the image about SHelly UNI for correct selection and I select "ADD ALL". The APP ask to connect at Shelly UNI and add it to the wifi network but after cannot find it to add to the room.

I use Iphone 6+ with IOS 14.4

I follow this procedure:

setting - add Device

chose the wifi network

insert the password of the wifi network

In the "choose device type to include" it does not appear Shelly UNI and I touch "INCLUDE ALL"

The app find Shelly and I touch "sign in"

after

check included devices...

and view 1 device added

Now I can't find the device the new device in app for include in the room.

Can you help me?

thanks I tried with another router and now it worked, but the App on my iPhone does not work very well and the shelly UNI icon is not there. It not is my first shelly and I've had problems with others too.

An important question: because ADC does not have the graph like temperature, it would be important to have it!
