Which External Switch?

    I tried searching for an answer before posting.

    If I wire an external switch such as this installation:

    1) Can the RGBW2 still switch the LEDs on and off despite the switch position?

    2) Which type of switch is best suited for this application? The user guide isn't too helpful

    Looking for the answer to the switch question; why wasn't the answer posted?

    As a switch in either open or closed, I do not understand how it can be used to dim up or down, plus act as an on/off indicator.

    I don't know if it works like the dimmer:

    short press = on-off

    long press = dimming


    Sorry, i've no switches on my devices, so i can not test it self.
