The syntax of the command for open and close is:

deviceID: device id which you want to control. You can copy it from Settings -> Device info auth_key: The key which you copy paste from your account.

for bulk_control roller doesn't work, tried it already. I have already the roller with open and closed and position too, but I want to use the bulk_control to close more than one. Or does it work also with more actions in Shortcuts app in iPhone?
I guess it must be relay, but in API says it works also for roller shutter mode. Not sure how it should work, can someone help?
I can't test it now, but when you have time I will try it at the weekend.
And if are more than one are possible with an regular command i can't say.

The one device way you are knowing, so I think you will get it.
