    My Shelly’s 2.5 are going on and off on the app. Tried to use Shelly app on android and it seems more stable. On on Android and off on iOS...

    But power consumption is not showing anymore.

    It says “you do not have permission to fetch device statistics as this device is not associated with your cloud account”

    Any clue what to do ?

    It was working nice but not sure what happened

    Please open a ticket to Allterco to delete the datas in the cloud.
