    Hello Everybody.

    I just received the new motion sensor from Shelly. Installation works fine until i want to appoint the motion sensor to a room.

    the app detects the sensor, i can give it a name, choose a room, picture but when i save i get a eeror

    "cannot complete the opperation connection device is lost, please wake up your device and try again."

    what to do?

    Hello, When you say: Disconnect from cloud through webpage, on motion sensor, Do you mean just log out or is there a option to just drop sensor from the cloud?
