Factory reset doesn not reset password.

This has been asked, but not really answered for my scenario. I am resetting the unit to factory as I've forgotten the password.

5x flash, connect to 33.1 and it prompts for username and password.

Is this solvable, or a warranty return?

Hi All - I'm still stuck with this. I have two bulbs that after factory reset prompt for a password. I have a consistent password that I use across all bulbs and it's not that one.
