Turn off after some seconds

Hi , I have one Shelly rgbw2 with the latest firmware , and I have been using it mostly for scenarios for example when the water heater is on it turns to red to let us know is on or when the oven is on to blue because we tend to forget things in the oven , all works fine but when I try to turn it on manually I shuts down after some seconds , I tried to change the button type and the behavior is the same and also changed the transition type but not luck , I hope I get some help just because I don't have a Facebook account I know there is the fasted place to get help but I prefer foruns

it seems its from the cloud the off state but i don't know how to figure out what is causing the off state

Thank you for reminding me i had a scene to shutdown the light when ever the water heater was off , dunno why , i think it was because in the beginning the light would stay on after the heater turned off , but in the end of the day i will get back to this topic to assure that it was solved =)
