Shelly Android App does NOT open - HELP

    Hello all,

    I have some devices controlling my shutters , door sensors , etc. I was installing aditional 2 devices and the problems started when the app didn't recognize the devices, then the rooms couldn't not been edited, etc.

    On Android i cleared cache, reinstalled the app, with no success. I cleared all the app files and cache again .

    After a fresh install, it won't start with the error :

    "Could not load web page ....

    net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND"

    Is there a way i can install again on my device ??:(

    I new to Shelly but not the smart home environment. I would like to start using Shelly devices but my app(version 4.2.3.e65537c) is doing the same as described above on a Samsung A52 Android version 11. It is happening on a friend Samsung A21 as well but working perfectly on other friends Huawei phone.

    Please could we have this looked into? If you need more information please email me.
