shelly dimmer 2 won't turn off

    shelly dimmer 2 won't turn off.

    I have installed shelly dimmer 2, when I turn it off it stays on at approximately 50%. The application shows that it is off.

    When it is in off mode the bulb remains on at 50% also it blinks rapidly. If I increase the power it stops blinking.

    I have tried with the factory firm and I have updated to the latest version. I have used incandescent bulb and dimmable led bulb with the same result

    Sounds like one of the two mosfets that drive the output is shorted, this will cause only one half of the AC waveform to be switched. As was already said here, the hardware is damaged.
