Do you know how to count nessesary load? If its 20, is it ok to have 3x7,5W LED? Is it ok to have 3x5W + 1 bypass or every bulb should have a bypass?

Yes, 3x 7,5W should be fine.
If a bypass is required, then one in total is sufficient, you don't need to connect one to every bulb!

I have a huge problem how to install bypass. I've installed like im connecting both Load and Live but doesn't seem to be working...
Also, how much energy bypass consumes?
