Urgent problem, lost Dimmer, power on? Help

Hi,

I have a no neutral configuration of Dimmer 2. Under one switch I have 3 separate bulbs each 7,5W. I've tried to connect them via Shelly 1L but it did not create wifi network... Dont know why. I've changed it to Shelly Dimmer 2, Dimmer created network, I've managed to add it to the app, but now it is lost, bulbs are flickering and on, Shelly dimmer is nowhere to be found, red led is not on, pressing reset for 10 sec changes nothing. Tried to switch power on and off, in the result lights are on, dimmer is not working, no shelly wi-fi, in app "device offline could disable". Wifi range should not be a problem, using Velop

any ideas?

I have had exactly the same problem and am awaiting a response from Shelly support. The bulbs are stuck on and flickering, the Dimmer 2 does not respond via wall switch or visible in the app anymore.

Oh please let me know when you get response ok?
