Shelly Dimmer 2 //Automatic switching off

    Hello all,

    Just new on this forum and with shelly products.

    Have installed the shelly dimmer 2 behind pulse button and all working including callibration.

    After switching on the dimmer from the app after 2 minutes it is automatic going off. ( lights and also on the app the buttom)

    Anybody have a solution for that.

    Few questions:

    1. How many lights are you dimming?

    2. What is the combined power usage of the lights in watts?

    I have had similar issues, my dimmer got too hot because I had too many lights on it.

    Thanks for your fast reply.

    I found it i had 6 x 50watt GU10 hooked up and that is to much as you say.

    Connected the shelly dimmer 2 to other lamp and no problem.

    Will replace lamps with 3,5 or 5 watt led .

    BTW: When you connect the led lights, with most of them it works best if you setup the dimmer as trailing edge.
