Lost connection after 3 days

Had hired an electrician to install several Shelly dimmer 2s in the apartment.

I lost contact with two of my Shelly Dimmer 2 after 2-3 days and can no longer find them. I wonder if it's time to bring home a new electrician here again to "redo and do the right thing". Is this incorrectly connected? ...
