"Rotary Switch" Button type

    Hi,

    After updating the firmware on my dimmer I found the option "rotary switch" under the possible "button types".

    I was looking for more info on this but could only find a reference to a guide where the creator flashes alternative firmware instead of the shelly firmware, I'm guessing that 'old information'.

    I emailed shelly with my questions but heard that this option is not supported (yet), which surprises me, since the option is clearly in the released firmware.. I'm guessing this might still be very new??

    Is there anyone out there that knows how to use this awesome feature? How to wire up the rotary switch, what kinds might be supported?

    Hmm it would seem ALLTRECO removed this option from the latest firmware again... Too bad! I hope this is something they are looking at and plan to actually release (with some info...)

    yes that's true, because there atm no rotary switches witch can be used.

    Because most are low voltage and here is one needed for 110/230V.

    So they removed it for safety reasons.
