Unable to find devices

  • Today I received a bunch of dimmers. I tried connecting them to the app and I could up until the point were I get 'Inclusion was completed'. After that I was not able to see those ones, nor assign them anywhere.

    It's the second batch that I get this month and the config it's the same. It worked before with same router, same phone, etc. I guess it's some kind of update of the app.

    Could I find a list of connected devices somewhere and try to assign them somehow?

    Hi @subarroca , welcome to the forum. :)

    Are your shellys connected to your router?

    If "Yes" you should find the ip-adresses in the list of the router.


    Then you can try "Add by IP".
