Prison Search Lights

I installed my first Shelly Dimmer the other day, it controls the downlights on the outside of the house. It works, I can turn it on/off and adjust the light. Great.

The next morning I was watching the live video stream and I noticed light panning over the yard. Like a prison search light.

I assumed the Shelly was going crazy, so I went outside and it looks perfectly fine. Check the video stream, the panning prison light is still scanning over the yard.

Essentially it appears the light must be fluctuating with some frequency that the human eye can't see but the camera can.

Anyone ever seen anything like that before?

I thought I would post an update here to my strange lighting problem.

I ended up changing the bulb to a different brand and the strange lighting is now gone.
