    Hi, I want to control my external gate with a shelly 2.5.

    The problem is my gate works with 24 VAC.

    I can put a diode bridge to get 24 VDC from 24 VAC, a diode and a capacitor to read inputs, but my problems are output relays. I want to avoid having another 2 external relay.

    Is there any way to modify shelly 2.5 to work with 24 VAC? May be also cutting a junction on pcb and soldering an external wire (I dont' worry about voiding warranty).
