Dimmer2 fail to upgrade the firmware

    Hi,

    I have a dimmer 2 and I tried, I think, all possibilities to upgrade the firmware without any success. Currently it is on 1.8.0.

    See below message after an unsuccessful upgrade attempt.

    have you tested our firmware archive too? :/

    Hi Stefan,

    I have tried to downgrade using the archive but same result....it doesn’t seem to respond to either upgrade or downgrade. I also tried to factory reset it but still nothing. The device is working ok, but still not being able to upgrade is not great.

    Any suggestions?

    I have the same issue. Have you been able to find a solution? OTA gives me the following, where I don't even see a firmware version I can recognize. This is how I received the unit.
