    Since this morning, all my Shelly devices have been disconnected from the cloud. They are correctly connected to my home network, and I can access them without issues via browser using their local IP addresses.

    In the settings, the Cloud status is shown as 'Disconnected', even though 'Cloud Settings' is set to 'Enable'.

    I ran the diagnostics and found the following error message: shos_http_client.cpp:656 0x3ffe2c18:Finished; bytes 0, code 0, redir 0/3, auth 0, status -1: Connection error: -13

    I have already attempted to restart both my router and the Shelly devices, but the problem persists.

    What could be causing this issue? Is there a problem with the cloud servers or a specific configuration I should check?

  • Same issue with my system. Happend after a reset od my router. Also reset of a shelly device doesn't help. In the app and cloud nearly every device has not the correct ip adress. In my homeassistant all works.

    Seams cloud is down.

  • My internet was disconnected and than nearly all shelly are having a new IP. Happened often in the past, but I never had an issue. If I now check the IPs, all shelly which are disconnected having the old IP in the app and cloud. Also after factory reset.

  • CorradoF I have the same problem. It's been going on since yesterday evening when my first Shelly failed. The second one followed today.

    I installed an OPNsense update yesterday, so I wasn't initially sure if that was the cause.

    I'm on cloud server: shelly-43-eu.shelly.cloud
