I have noticed that in some Shelly Door/Window refresh icon is grey out and some other a not.

Any idea?

it is an indicator that a new firmware is available and the device should be updated

Just another quick question, have the sensor in my hands works perfectly. Attached it on an aluminum window seems does not work ok.
