    I bought a Plus H&T device second-hand. The device correctly displays temperature and humidity, and there are no issues with local access via the web UI.

    However, the problem is that it does not appear in the cloud (Shelly Smart Control), and the device itself shows no connection to the cloud.

    Firmware update attempts via the web UI do not work (nothing happens).

    I have two other identical Shelly devices, and I have no issues with those. What I noticed is that the firmware version on this particular device is very unusual:
