Door lock openeer

Hi there. I have an old doorbell intercom ( audio and video) and a electric lock. The systems itself consists in the outdoor device where people push a button and a indoor device that has a screen where I can see the person and a telephone from where we can Talk to each other. The systems IS powered by a transformer wich outputs 12V AC .

I have been searching and asking around and the 12V AC seems to be a problem, although sometimes the shelly 1 smart relay arises, but I was unable, so far, to see a wiring guide to get this done.

Do you have any advice on this?

Yep, What i want is to open the lock from within Home Assistant using a smart relay. The point is I am trying to replace the current video intercom which is old enough and it is starting to malfuncion also.

Iĺl explain the current setup

1- indoor, I have a fermax LOFT B&W 3311 device,

2- I also have a transformer,

and finally outdoors, a cityline video doorbell and the door lock wich works with 12V AC.

by the way, if thereś some extra info needed, there is no problem for me to dissasemble any of the devices and take pictures, I also have the possiblitie to take voltage lectures from any terminal if needed.

Well, that said, I want to step by step replace the old kit, so for the first step I want to be able to open the lock, from the relay. After that, if I am able, I would like to get a doorbell that would do the rest of the job, but I think this would be the easiest job, cause I have taken a look to some devices that would work fine.

So, the first would be to get the smart relay to open my dorr, wich I don´t know it is possible. I don´t have electric knowledge, but I am able to follow any guide and wire the stuf.
