Hi there,
I just wanted to say that I really love the Shelly Wall Display — it's a great device. While I do wish it was a bit snappier when used with Home Assistant, it’s still a big improvement over the Sonoff NSPanel.
That said, I’d like to suggest a feature or tweak to improve usability:
Could you please consider adding an option to lock or disable page swiping when interacting with horizontal sliders? It's quite frustrating, as nearly all sliders in Home Assistant are horizontal, and whenever I try to use one, the display often registers it as a swipe and changes the page instead. I’m aware there’s a locking feature built in, but unfortunately, enabling it also prevents any interaction with the Home Assistant page itself.
Bug Report:
There’s also a bug related to vertical sliders. When I open the “more info” pop-up for a light and try to adjust the vertical brightness slider, I can't slide it up or down — it snaps back to its original position. Tapping a point on the slider does work, but actual sliding just doesn’t respond as expected.
Thanks again for the great hardware, and I hope these improvements can be considered in a future update!
