Export data from non-volatile memory

How to export data from the non-volatile memory?

Is it possible to write a script that would, say: every week, the previous week’s data would be exported into a hard drive I have connected in the same WLAN?

I am interested in building a database of energy consumption with the smallest intervals. This is specially relevant when planning the installation of photovoltaic panels to substitute mains consumptions - ultimately, maximise investment savings.
