so please check whether your router is on the list of incompatible routers.

Hi Stefan, this is my first experience with Shelly, in my case Shelly 1.
I'm able to change IP of shelly with an IP in the same family of my net (192.168.1.80); I tried with DHCP but prefer static IP.
Both cases I see the shelly in the list of the device connected to my router and active.
But if i try ping test from command line nothign answer, the same thing is with the app.
Isn't impossibile add device because i changed IP and if choose by IP ... nothing found.
I tried all the step with phone by wifi and with PC by lan .... same results.
Now I begin to think that my router AG COMBO - SERCOMM have some special configuration that block Shelly, but i don't know what need
I would like check the list of incompatible routers, but is "Page not Found", can check the link or give me any other help?

This don't work with the routers listed.
With AVM routers, for example, you have to explicitly allow the WLAN participants to communicate with each other.
Please check whether there is such a setting on your router, which I unfortunately do not know
