Hi all, I’ve got a Shelly one plus and get the attached screen in the app. Not sure what the Red Cross means. I’ve rebooted the Shelly to factory default by disconnecting power and holding the little button on the device. Once I go through the setup, it struggles to connect to the Shelly Wi-Fi but once connected, I can’t add it in the app and have set it up though the 192.168.33.2 ip. I was able to add it again to the home kit but can’t add it to my Shelly account and all it shows is this Red Cross. Anyone any ideas? Or is it faulty?
