    I have a Shelly EM, which I can't communicate with. I try to do a reset, but it won't let me.
    The red light is on and no matter how many times I press the button for 10 seconds (always after a reset) nothing happens and the light is still on.
    I have also tried turning it on and off 5 times in a row and nothing, the light is still on.
    In none of the cases I can see the access point of the device.
