Action URLs not triggering

Hi, I have a Shelly H&T unit, I want it to trigger a Shelly Plug on or off depending on the temperature reading.

I've set the action URLs and ensured they are set to enabled, but nothing is happening?

Both devices are on the latest firmware and have been rebooted since the settings configured.

Any advice?

a warm welcome to you here at the forum.

Without knowing the URLs you've set, it's hard to comment on this. Honestly I wouldn't use actions in this case at all, but the thermostat. This is the more conveniant way in most cases.

Hey, so this is an example of what I've set. As you can see the temperature is reading as 23, and it should have hit the URL to turn on the plug but it hasn't.

The URL I am trying to it works if I paste it into to browser fine, so it is the correct URL. The actions just don't seem to do anything.

Is there a better way I should be using the H&T to trigger activation of the plug?

Yes. I only have the App's German version, but I try to show you the way.

Go to the room you want to place the thermostat in. Click on Thermostats (I guess that is the English name, too), click on the + next to the room's name and then you can program how the plug should react on the temperatures. As you see, you can even set different temperatures depending on time and day.
